In 2012, cooperated with Institute of Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences to develop the wide range oxygen sensor.
In 2013, the project of NOx sensor was established.
In 2015, the wide range oxygen sensor was put into production and sales, in the same year, started R & D for sensing elements of NOx sensor.
In 2016, the digital control unit circuit of NOx sensor was developed.
Meantime, started R & D of ceramic chip test system, aging test system, sensor housing, harness, connector, calibration & aging system. During this period, we got technical support from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
In 2017, NOx sensor project was put into trial production, started further development of production process and quality control.
In 2018, mass production and sales realized.
ZHEJIANG BAIAN TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, first involved in the maret in 1995, located in tangxia Northern Northern Indus. Park, Ruian, Zhejiang.
A whole set of ceramic chips production line imported;
BAIAN brought in a complete HTCC process production equipments from KEKO in Europe, such as printing equipment, Microtome, Thermo isostatic pressing machine, punching machine.
In terms of fundamental materials, we imported zirconia powder from Germany, electrode materials from ESL in the US. After extensive experimentation, we have improved material properties and have developed our own unique formula of material system.
For the production of ceramic chips, we have covered a complete technological process, like zirconia powder to casting-film, printing, lamination, sintering, finished product performance testing. Our technology level is now leading in China.
During the R & D process of ceramic chips, we cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University and Chinese Academy of Sciences. A large number of experiments were completed by SJTU and they provided valuable experimental data. Meanwhile, Chinese Academy of Sciences also provided reliable theoretical basis for our research and development.
